Coaches Instructions for Using the new Count Me In Online Software:

From www.forestyouth.org, click on Online Registrations to navigate to the Programs Home Page.  Once there, log in to your FYAA account with your user name and password.  After you are logged in, you should see your family members listed on the My Account page. Coaches will see themselves listed as Volunteers with the team name off to the right.  Players will see the team name also, but players not logged in as a coach will have different capabilities.  Only coaches can enter information.

Once on the Team, you have a variety of options available.  To highlight a few:

Team Roster allows you to view players and guardians information, email addresses as well as phone numbers if they have entered that information into Count Me In.  You have the option of emailing players or just coaches or both directly from here.

View Medical Release Form will allow you to print your own Medical Release Forms.  Please have your parents verify the information on this printout and sign the top sheet.  You must have this signed sheet with you at all times on the field.  FYAA suggests you make a copy for your assistant coach in case you are unavailable for a practice or game.

View Events allows you to see your schedule of practices and games after I have entered them into CMI. 

Program Standings will show you the standings of the teams in your league.  This is not official Bedford County standings, but really just for your players’ entertainment at this time.  Use the Scoreboard tab to enter game scores within 48 hours after a game and the system will automatically calculate your standings.  If you are unable to enter scores within 48 hours, email them to FYAA at admin@forestyouth.org and we can enter them for you.

Messages allows you to post a message to your players should you need or want to.

Photos allows you to upload game photos if you want to. 

Docs is for any documents you may desire to post for the team to view, such as a photo schedule with John Bagwell of Sportshots, team party info, etc.

The capabilities of Count Me In online registration software are endless.  These are just a few of the possibilities.  Please feel free to experiment with it and let me know if you find out anything especially exciting!  Thanks for volunteering to make FYAA the successful sports association that we are!
